I spent the night at Rachel's last night. We stayed up most of the night playing text twist.... so I am dead tired. Or was. Now I'm just exhausted ^_^ I slept a bit.
On another note, because I went to Rachel's I called in to tell my boss I couldn't make it to work. So I call him later and ask him if he wants me to come in tomorrow. He says "No, I won't need you Thursday or Friday (I usually don't work those days anyway) and since you were out I had a temp agency come in today." I don't like those words.... I'm beginning to thing I'm replaceable..... o_o
I'm going tomorrow night to watch (hopefully) Pitch Black at Rachel's house with (maybe) Alan. Will be fun if I can pull it off. And I'm going to see Spiderman 2! Ja ne, tomodatchi-san! (See ya, all my friends!)

I met a new friend! Saturday night I went to the arcade (like always) with Rachel and met a guy named Alan. Sweet guy, 16 years old, and almost exactly as good as me at DDR. Sunday night I met him there again! He apparently came because he knew I would be there! So I have a DDR pal now and all is right with the world ^____^
Work is irritating, as usual, but the money is needed to keep up my habit of DDR. I probably go through about $50 a week on that game.... but it's fun!!! And I got a nifty shirt from Rachel so I am pretty happy and am home for the first night since Thursday (which is why I haven't posted since then).
Thank you all my loyal readers! I love both of you!

Strange, yes?
Today I went into work, greeted a client, prepared a petition for divorce, then walked out to my car and listened to Totally Pokemon!
.... Yeah I thought it was weird too.
But then I am the who goes to arcades in huge t-shirts with chain belts around them and black fingerless gloves with black nail polish. Oh, and did I mention I dyed my hair black? Yeah, my mom's best friend came over the other day and saw me like that and said "Whoa, who's gone gothic?!?!" I reassured her that I didn't look like this ALL the time..... ^____^
The question to be considered is can I live with half of me being professional and competent at work and silly at home and goth around everyone else? Three parts living in one person.... it gets confusing. But then I wonder if this isn't how everyone else lives too?

Life.... don't talk to me about life......
So, I wake up this morning from a dream about vampires (who were pretty cool might I add) to find that it is almost noon. This is because I discovered Myst III: Exile last night and spent till about 4 am playing. At least I finished the first J'Nanin puzzle and Amateria. I got stuck in Edanna though, and that's when I decided it was time to rest my brain.
Finished Edanna this morning (with the help of my sister) and am on my way to Voltaic, which is probably going to be easier since I get lost a lot and Voltaic has simpler pathways than Edanna. For those of you who do NOT know what the miracle of Myst is.... I pity you. Play the game!!!! Then read the books!!!! You will love it, especially if you love realistic intensive-graphics games. And puzzles. Lots of puzzles.
Anyway, I shall most likely go to play DDR tonight again. Oh, for a worthy opponent I could hang out with! It's annoying to have to go alone every night, or have I said that already? So I shall finish work *looks around guiltily at her office* and then play!
P.S. God forbid any one of you should have to work in a lawyer's office *shudders*

Ohayo
So, my second attempt at blogging. I must say, I think I like Xanga better, but hey, bad memories attached to that one.
So what is happening in my life? Same as always: work, school, and DDR. LOTS of DDR. For the past four days I have spent a total of about 15 hours at the arcade at Kemah. I truly love it there, it seems the one place I come alive and actually can be normal. I am probably the best DDR player most of the people there have ever seen, and having people come stand around me and just watch me play in amazement.... there's nothing like that feeling. My dad says it gives me a sense of worth. My mom says it gives me a swelled head. I think they're probably both right, but I feel justified in having a bit of an ego boost now and then. I mean, really, how many people would say of me that I have an overlarge ego???
Anyways, this seems like a promising prospect to write my thoughts in. Shall post later. Ja ne, minna-san!
